Engineering survey for construction of buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage and sewerage lines etc. Usually combing with

Control survey: To establish horizontal and vertical control based on SVY21 and SHD datum (or LTA datum).

Topographical survey: Include pre-construction topographical survey and post-contruction topographical survey.

Pre-computation: To do pre-computation of grid lines, piling position, structural general arrangement etc for consultant approval.

Setting out: Setting out grid lines, piling positions and columns etc.

As-built survey: As-built crest level/platform level, AMSL, CSC of drain upon completion of project.
